Works in support of customer-facing IT to execute project-related procurement, as well as reactive operational procurement tasks in the areas of computer hardware or classroom/AV equipment. Projects can include installations, remediation, functional testing and assessment, asset management, or decommissioning of equipment. Works with analysts and the IT Manager, Learning Technology, to track due dates for software renewals to ensure compliance. Works with finance to ensure contracts are submitted and approved in a timely manner to meet process requirements. Works with project managers to ensure that procurements occur as necessary to meet project demands without overburdening storage capacity. Receives into CNS items or software as appropriate.

1. Perform procurement activities in CNF
2. Performs receipt of goods and services in CNF
3. Administers software and project contract process in conjunction with finance
4. Plans procurements with project managers and leads
5. Administers software procurement schedule
6. Other project work as necessary

EDUCATION: Associates degree or demonstrated experience, knowledge and skills
EXPERIENCE: Three (3) years of applicable experience and/or demonstrated knowledge of computer equipment, software, classroom technology, or audio visual equipment. Experience with procurement and excel required.
DESIRED: Excellent communication skills, customer service mindset, meticulous, detail-oriented record keeping.

Understanding of software procurement processes and the implications of non-compliance.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, including creating and maintaining complex spreadsheets.
Ability to utilize Microsoft products to design tracking processes and mechanisms for compliance in license management and utilization.
Familiarity with project scheduling, documentation, and a basic understanding of project risk planning.
Accurate and meticulous data entry skills.
