Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for an IT Production Operations Analyst for our Columbus, OH location.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for collaborating with product and infrastructure teams to maintain products, resolve technical problems, and build support services and systems
- Utilizes Incident Management System to drive response to incidents and outages, develop RCA’s and report incident status and resolution to the business
- Works Production Operations queues to assign tickets to proper queues and individuals as appropriate
- Collaborates with product teams to assist with SQL sync’s, trend analysis, deployments, and release burden of non-development work
- Continually analyzes support processes to look for inefficiencies
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in an IT Production or DevOps role
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL and PowerShell, including understanding store procedures
- Strong written communication skills
- Able to work independently
- The ability to work outside of normal business hours
Working Hours: 9:30pm - 6:30am
