Deliver an end-to-end user experience across every user touch point for Honeywell's Industrial Automation business, using well established human-centered design principles to ensure that Honeywell products and applications are the most useful, usable and desirable products in the marketplace. Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior UX Designers in creating wireframes, designs, and prototypes.
• Apply UX/UI skills to create experiences that meet business goals and user needs.
• Participate in user research, usability testing, and research analysis.
• Contribute to design brainstorming and work sessions.
• Incorporate feedback from team members and users to refine designs.
• Stay updated on UX trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
• Contribute to design system components and documentation.
  

Location: Fort Mill, SC

The hourly base range for this position is 23 - 29.50. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, Software Engineering or similar field.
• Must graduate December 2025 or later
• Must continue enrollment in degree program upon completion of the internship
• Validated academic excellence (3.0 GPA and higher)
• Experience with UX design tools.
• Experience with Figma.
• Experience using a component library.
• Understanding of design systems, user research, and design thinking.
• Experience with designing for web and mobile.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.

• Outstanding user experience design portfolio that shows UX/UI process and deliverables.

• Experience creating low-fidelity to high-fidelity renderings, mockups and prototypes.
