Initiative Project Manager

This is a 40 hour/week freelance assignment that requires being onsite 2-3 days per week in Hapeville/Atlanta, GA and work regular business hours. This is non-negotiable.

Position Overview
The Initiative Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects that drive key initiatives within the organization. This role is essential for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and align with the overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Implement and utilize project management tools such as Workfront to track project progress.
• Develop and manage loyalty programs and email marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage CRM marketing strategies for project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management roles, with a focus on strategic initiatives, email marketing, and CRM management.
• Familiarity with project management software, preferably Workfront.
• Strong understanding of loyalty programs, email marketing, and CRM marketing.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
