Initiative Project Manager

Position Overview
The Initiative Project Manager will oversee and coordinate various marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives from inception to completion.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting on progress and adjusting as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation, and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and reports.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or campaign environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including Workfront.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to problem-solve effectively under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
