DLR Group’s Minneapolis team has an opening for a Information Technology (IT) Intern.
Position Summary
The IT Intern will work closely with our Service Desk team to provide technical support and assistance to end-users within the organization. This role offers a unique opportunity for hands-on experience in troubleshooting diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. The intern will also play a key role in supporting various technology initiatives and projects under the guidance of Service Desk Analysts and Managers. This internship is expected to be full-time during the summer months and approximately 15-20 hours during the school year.
