They’re home to some of North America’s most beloved beverage brands, and they’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join their dynamic creative team. If you’re a creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting compelling visual stories, we want to hear from you! As a Graphic Designer at our client, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and elevating their brand presence across various platforms. You’ll work on a variety of projects, from digital banners and social media content to print materials, ensuring consistency and innovation in all their visual communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Adapt and Optimize: Resize and adapt digital banners for various platforms, ensuring consistent and effective visual communication. Optimize existing creative assets for diverse touchpoints, including social media, e-commerce, and retail environments.
  • Creative Design: Design original and engaging creative assets across multiple formats, including social media content, digital advertisements, and print materials.
  • Brand Stewardship: Maintain and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring all designs reflect their established brand identity while contributing fresh, innovative ideas.
  • Photo Editing and Asset Preparation: Assist with light photo retouching and prepare assets for various applications. (Proficiency in retouching is a plus!)
  • Project Management: Effectively manage time and workload to meet deadlines across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of graphic design experience (agency or in-house experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and brand consistency.
  • Experience designing across digital, social, and print formats.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain organization in a dynamic environment.
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing strong design skills and versatility.
  • Basic Photo retouching skills are a plus.

Compensation:

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $33.56-$43 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
