Job Description with Revisions:
Key Qualifications
- Strong command of visual and communication design principles for diverse audiences.
- A deep appreciation for technology and a passion for graphic design, typography, web design, photography, motion, and illustration.
- Demonstrated mastery of Adobe Creative Suite - including Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Experience working in Sketch, designing for web, mobile, UI, and UX.
- Clear and concise communicator displaying strong organization and teamwork skills.
- Ability to conceptualize, collaborate, and share ideas and concepts in an inspiring manner.
- Design and deliver branding campaigns and style guides to be used in high-quality communications for a diverse, global audience.
- Proficiency in [Alternative presentation software, e.g., Google Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint] storytelling and creating supporting presentation graphics.
- Ability to prototype and fully implement and apply visual design work for multiple uses.
- A keen ability to create work under minimal supervision, as well as package and present solutions to the wider creative / management team-quickly and beautifully.
Additional Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in delivering strong brands, campaigns, and creative ideas across digital, social, or static and print media.
- 5+ years of relevant design experience at a design or advertising agency setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic, Communication, Web design, or equivalent experience recommended.
- Clear and concise communication and organization skills.
- Passionate about technology and its potential to impact the world positively.

- Is motivated and driven and collaborates well with other creatives and creative producers and cross-functional to solve complex problems with simple solutions.
- Can listen attentively to design feedback from various stakeholders and iteratively refine creative concepts to assist business partners in achieving the most effective and high-quality outcomes.
- Has a keen understanding of local market creative and cultural nuances.
- Able to work with a global team across time zones.
- Experience with motion and animation is a plus.
Compensation
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $43.07 to $47.86 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
