We are seeking a highly skilled Global Campaign & Content Creation Manager to cover a 6-month maternity leave. This position will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of global brand campaigns and content creation for our beauty clienti. From merchandising to media (owned, earned, paid), and 360-degree activation plans for global launches, this role demands creativity, strategic thinking, and exceptional project management skills. You will work with multiple teams, including the CMI team and R&I, to bring campaigns to life and track performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Brand Campaign Management: Fully responsible for 360-degree activation for global launches, including mailers, events, social campaigns, merchandising, and web presence.
- Content Creation & Execution: Manage creative briefs with agencies in alignment with brand strategy. Oversee content creation across multiple channels, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with the brand vision.
- Campaign KPIs: Track and report on campaign performance metrics (KPIs), including analyzing the effectiveness of the launch and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the CMI team and R&I teams to validate demos, claims, and product efficacy. Support the creative process, from ideation to execution.
- Creative Oversight: Bring extreme creativity to global launches, ensuring each initiative maximizes its potential through various channels, from digital to retail, focusing on making the launch a global success.
- Project Management: Manage multiple deliverables in flight, ensuring campaigns are executed on time and within budget while maintaining high standards.
Hard Skills:
- Project Management: Exceptional PM skills with experience managing complex global campaigns across multiple channels.
- E-retail Knowledge: Understanding of e-retail business models (e.g., Sephora, Ulta, Amazon, etc.).
- Global Brand Experience: Proven experience managing global brand campaigns and content creation at scale.
- Creativity: High level of creativity and innovation to drive campaigns that stand out in the global market.
- Tools Proficiency: Experience using tools like Wrike or Figma is a plus.
- Campaign Execution: Ability to take a launch and make it a huge success worldwide by leveraging different marketing channels (digital, retail, social, events, etc.).

Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in global brand management and marketing campaign execution.
- Strong background in e-retail (Sephora, Ulta, Amazon, etc.) and understanding the online retail ecosystem.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing global campaigns from concept to execution.
- Familiarity with Wrike and/or Figma is a significant advantage.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams across marketing, product, and creative to bring campaigns to life.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present creative ideas and execution plans to various stakeholders.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $92.00 to $99.04 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
