Honeywell's ACST team is seeking aFulfillment Buyer IIfor our business.
As a Fulfillment Buyer II here at Honeywell ACST, you will act as a liaison between external suppliers and our internal stakeholder teams through close collaboration and effective communication. You will ensure that SAP purchase order delivery commitments are acknowledged and accurately represented. You will facilitate discussions and activity with suppliers to accelerate delivery schedules to align with program schedule requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible to monitor shipments and service completions.
YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
- Review and monitor purchase orders
- Monitor shipments and service completions
- Update SAP system with current and accurate delivery dates
- Assess supplier performance
- Provide delivery estimates and identify risk to program teams
- Work with internal teams to understand required need dates to support businesses
- Ensure that suppliers are acknowledging purchase orders and providing accurate delivery timelines
- Facilitate supplier actions to expedite delivery timelines in accordance with program schedule needs
- Support invoice reconciliation and resolution
The annual base salary or/ hourly pay range for this position is $65,300.00-$81,600.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in procurement or administrative positions
- Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance
WE VALUE:
We value candidates who may have one or more of the following skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
- Experience with SAP or similar procurement system
- Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR) and ITAR and import/export requirements
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams, ensuring system alignment and data integrity
- Good organizational skills - ability to prioritize and solve problems
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomously driven, and demanding start-up environment
- Comfortable working in Microsoft Office tools
Telecommute: 3 days onsite with an option for 2 days offsite
Travel Required: Some travel may be required - 10%
