You will report directly to our Chief Financial Officer of the PSS Business Unit, and you will work out of Charlotte, North Carolina or Houston, Texas on a hybrid work schedule. Relocation assistance will be provided if needed.
In this role, you will impact the PSS business unit by providing financial guidance and support, contributing to improving business performance and profitability. Your strategic decision-making and financial analysis skills will help identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements within the finance function. This will result in increased cost efficiency and enhanced overall financial effectiveness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead and manage the Financial Planning and Analysis team within the PSS business unit, providing financial guidance and support to drive business performance and profitability.
* Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize financial planning and analysis operations and improve cost efficiency within the PSS business unit.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the PSS business unit to drive process improvements, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
* Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement in financial performance within the PSS business unit.
* Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes for the PSS business unit.
* Partner with senior leadership within the PSS business unit to develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance financial effectiveness and drive business growth.
YOU MUST HAVE
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with at least
5 years in a leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis
principles, cost accounting, and financial analysis.
* Proven track record of driving financial performance and
process improvements in a complex organization.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal
skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional
teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
