The finance data and analytic team are responsible for supporting the implementation of finance data models within Honeywell's enterprise data warehouse and delivering end-user tools and analytics to support business decisions, while also driving change management across finance and business customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive the adoption of analytics culture and data-driven decision-making, promoting consumer-driven analytics, and enhance the visibility of data and analytics by providing clear data stories and spreading them across the organization.
• Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights, guide business decisions, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Build, develop, and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, technical processes, and performance metrics that support key business decisions.
• Partner with Finance and Non-Finance Leadership/stakeholders to define key analytics requirements, assess business impact, resolve cross-functional issues, and manage project challenges by escalating when necessary.
• Examine, interpret, and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership, technology, sales, marketing, and product teams.
• Lead change management initiatives and anticipate future demands within Finance, including people, technology, budget, and business needs.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• +7 years of overall experiences as a finance professional spread across Analytics, FP&A, P&L, Controllership, Intelligence tools and technologies.

WE VALUE:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or similar
• MBA with Advanced Analytics
• Prior experience in business intelligence, data warehousing, or data analysis
• Exceptional analytical skills (linking results to drivers)
• Ability to see solutions in large data sets and the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities.
• Experience with reporting and analytic tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx.
• Ability to drive cross-functional strategic initiatives involving senior leaders.
• Executive Communication skills; ability to interact effectively with C-Suite level leadership.
• Exceptional skills in building relationships with stakeholders who view them as trusted partner.
• Strong project management skills; PMP/Agile/Scrum certification is a preferred
• Knowledge of databases, data warehouse structures, data mining and reporting tools
• Proactive, ability to use own initiative/judgement and problem solving skills, with ability to demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and discretion are required.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and assertive individual.
• The ability to quickly identify subtle patterns among issues and to make consistent and timely decisions.
