The Honeywell Building Solutions East region service organization seeks a Field Service Supervisor to oversee the team supporting key customers in the central Maine area based out of Augusta, ME. This is a hands-on role pivotal in the successful delivery of services to the State of Maine and other customers.

You will apply your leadership skills to drive team performance and customer service delivery levels. You will ensureengagementin new opportunities for market penetration, teamdeploymentandsales growththrough close collaboration with the account managers. You will liaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems and explore additional revenue-generating opportunities. You will drive and improve reporting procedures on financial results, targets andbudgets. You will lead quick and effective closure of any improvement opportunities. You will define team expectations and communicate those to stakeholders. You will act asmentorto train anddevelopfuture leaders.

Eligible for $3000 Sign-On Bonus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise team activities and performance while maintaining hands on delivery activities.
• Developteam and team members.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement through performance and business growth.
• Assign and supervise service, spot and project work.
• Collect, reconcile and report operational metrics to the SBL and the customer liaison.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 2+ years of contract or project experienceincluding financial oversight.
• 2+ years of experience in leading a team.
• Excellent communication skills with customers, leadership, cross-functional teams and peers.

WE VALUE

• Bachelors or Advanced degree.
• Technical certificate in the electrical, controls or IT related field or 5 years of experience working in HVAC, fire alarm and/or security systems domain.
• Previous sales orcustomer successexperience.
• Demonstrated ability to influence at varying levels across the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently andcollaboratewith key stakeholders.
• Ability to use experience to appropriately apply the established standards.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead anddevelopa team..
• Previous sales/ service or customer success experience.
• Assign and supervise service, SPOT and project work.
