Lead cost estimate investment planning for a portfolio of centrally funded change initiatives aligned to the company’s corporate strategy in collaboration with business unit (BU) initiative owners and support function subject matter experts. Provide oversight and leadership for process routines and technology solutions (e.g. SharePoint, End User Computing (EUC) tools, etc.) in support of the Enterprise Funding Approval process which covers all non-business as usual (BAU) company operating expenditures more than one million dollars in coordination with Finance, Sourcing, Business Performance and Change Governance, and other Business Unit (BU)Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Build comprehensive cost estimates in support of enterprise spend processes in collaboration with business change leaders and support function subject matter experts, leveraging in-house tools and project investment funding expertise.
Develop and maintain End User Computing (EUC) tools for compiling and calculating technology and project-related cost estimates to assist initiative owners and business partners in the planning process.
Provide review and oversight for the cost estimate business case assumptions within the Change Execution Governance (CEG) Intake process.
Identify, report, and mitigate risks within annual expense planning processes and day-to-day activities supporting spend approvals, expense management, and change risk management.
Provide credible challenge during project definition and creation by engaging CEG Intake, Enterprise Change Risk Evaluation (ECRE), and Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC) processes.
Support project launches by helping project managers (PM) navigate the organization, establishing clear guidelines and expectations, and in the case of centrally funded initiatives, ensuring a seamless transition between central and local funding mechanisms and resources.
Perform general administrative and technical tasks in support of enterprise spend processes and the broader Enterprise Transformation team and agenda.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or technology-related field, or equivalent education and related training.
Eight to ten years of experience in increasing complex project management, including six-eight years of applicable business experience inclusive of project management experience.
Experience as a steward over programs/project investments including delivery of multi-year program investments, optimize investment return, strong consistent governance and formal controls to mitigate investment risk.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Goal-oriented, action-focused, executive level interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple and changing demands.
Proven leadership skills.
Outstanding record of project management success.
Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
Preferred Qualifications:
Banking or financial services experience.
Knowledge in software development lifecycle an enterprise environment.
Experience with software development lifecycle in an enterprise environment.
Master's degree or MBA and five years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
