Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Responsibilities may include -

Support production, with troubleshooting and debug of electro-mechanical assemblies, working directly with technicians and design engineering personnel.
Support systems engineering with debug and evaluation of system returns.
Provides technical advice and assistance to engineers in the development or modification of electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies in the MW factory.
Develop process improvements in all work cells of the manufacturing factory to improve quality, cost and schedule.
Manually debug complex microwave assemblies and sub-assemblies in support of production and engineering prototyping efforts.
Assist production team developing tune patterns to allow modules to meet specifications without extensive tuning reducing HPU's.

Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Demonstrated ability in isolating electrical failures to root cause.
Proficient at interpreting engineering documentation including but not limited to schematics, assembly drawings, and component data sheets
Familiarity with test equipment and calibration process

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Excellent communication and leadership skills - ability to motivate others
Understanding of basic Lean Manufacturing principles
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Extensive knowledge of RF and Microwave subassemblies
Familiarity with Microwave automated and manual test equipment
BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $75570 - $128480

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
