Email Marketing Specialist (Sporadic Project Based Work,  10 hrs weekly)

Position Overview
We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to engage our audience, drive conversions, and enhance customer relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, as well as proficiency in utilizing CRM tools and email marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns from concept through execution and analysis.
• Manage and segment email lists to ensure targeted and relevant messaging.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize for better engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling email content and layouts.
• Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and tailor email campaigns accordingly.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging and design based on user feedback and performance data.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
• Proficient in HubSpot and other CRM platforms.
• Strong understanding of HTML and email design best practices.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
