Position Overview
Our client, a well known retail brand, is looking for a contract eCommerce Specialist for a 2+ month contract! This person will support the development and execution of the digital ecommerce strategy to enhance the customer journey across our online platforms. This temporary role focuses on optimizing eCommerce initiatives and managing digital assets to deliver a seamless user experience.

This role will be 40 hours per week through April 2025, will the possibility to extend. The team works on site in Brighton, MA Tues-Thurs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the management and optimization of eCommerce platforms to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
• Oversee the digital asset management process, ensuring all digital content is organized, accessible, and aligned with brand standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance site experience and implement best practices for digital marketing and merchandising.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform future strategies.
• Support the integration of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Product Information Management (PIM) systems as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in eCommerce and digital asset management.
• Strong understanding of site experience principles and best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and PIM systems is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
