Schneider is seeking a Driver Services Team Leader in Laredo to lead a team of driver services associates who are focused on creating a positive experience for drivers at a Schneider facility. The Driver Services Team Leader will manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, including overseeing gates, the yard, the cafeteria, company cars and more.

Responsibilities:

Coach, mentor and develop a team of Driver Service Specialists.
Ensure the team provides outstanding service to drivers who come to the facility.
Determine the most effective use of time and talents to meet business objectives.
Collaborate with teams in operations, facilities, security and maintenance to solve problems.
Lead problem resolution to enhance the productivity of equipment, safety and low-cost operations.
Hold vendors accountable for high quality service.

Skills and qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.
2-4 years of related work experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Able to positively coach, lead and influence a team.
