As the Director, Peripheral Vascular (PV) Downstream Marketing, you will be responsible for expanding access to care for patients through driving the global growth plans for the business and partners closely with global sales and marketing leaders, and the leaders of strategy, upstream marketing, clinical, regulatory, reimbursement, sales training, customer education and marketing communications.
Your role:
- Drive business success via global cross-functional planning and execution
- Responsible for the commercialization plans and execution for the Peripheral Vascular (PV) business, partnering closely with North America sales (ZVPs, national accounts, sales analysis), global marketing, reimbursement, clinical, regulatory, customer education, supply chain, quality, legal, marcom, finance and strategy in leading the portfolio and prioritizing key initiatives to drive business growth
- Participate in global portfolio prioritization process representing critical customer and commercial needs
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 10+ years’ experience in marketing and/or strategy; med tech experience preferable
- Understanding of business strategy, market development and critical role of downstream marketing in cross-functional collaboration in driving business success
- You have a bachelor’s degree in business, MBA preferred
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- Your skills include a collaborative spirit and given the significant influence management and cross functional team alignment, enjoy working as part of a high performing, enthusiastic team

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Plymouth, MN is $151,000 to $258,000, annually.
The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
