As a member of the Leadership Committee, the Director of Operations is a highly visible role with exposure to Senior and Corporate leadership. The Director of Operations will oversee the entire Food & Beverage and Rooms Division Departments at the hotel. This individual will also be responsible for leading innovative food and beverage activations and programming in our best-in-class venues, driving guest engagement and enhancing the overall experience. Duties will include training and coaching of direct reports, executing necessary decisions to drive Hyatt’s purpose, and achieving Hyatt’s goal of becoming the most preferred hospitality brand in our local market. This individual expected to build colleague engagement, personalize the guest experience, and maximize hotel revenue.
The Director of Operations will report directly to the General Manager on all day-to-day operational matters. He or she will be responsible for managing the efficient and smooth running of specific areas within the Rooms division as well as the Food and Beverage division while ensuring all Hyatt Hotels Corporation initiatives, materials and policies are introduced, implemented and maintained. In addition, the Director of Operations will be responsible for achieving the key objectives as directed by the Corporate and Functional Strategies and in accordance with Hyatt Hotels Corporation Brand Standards while meeting all stakeholders' expectations. Prepares revenue & occupancy forecasting & monitors labor expenses through schedule approval process.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in an operations leadership role.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Food and Beverage leadership role.
- Excellent leadership, management, and mentorship skills.
- Ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and budgeting.
- Proficiency in project management principles and tools.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
