Digital Designer (Sporadic Project Based Work,  10 hrs weekly)

Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and skilled Digital Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX and UI design, with the ability to create engaging and visually appealing digital experiences. This role involves working closely with our marketing and development teams to design effective email campaigns and other digital assets, ensuring that our brand's vision is communicated effectively across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create visually appealing and user-friendly digital interfaces for websites and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into engaging design solutions.
• Develop and maintain design assets including email templates, graphics, and branding materials ( PLEASE APPLY WITH SAMPLES)
• Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs for improved user experience.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital design to continually enhance skills and output.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
• Experience designing responsive email campaigns and familiarity with email marketing tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
