Our Desktop Support Technicians build, deploy, and provide technical support for workstation hardware and software for Sentry associates.

  • Contribute: As a Desktop Support Technician, you will:

    • Install or remove software programs on computers.

    • Update and maintain computer inventory records.

    • Setup new desktop computing equipment and remove unused equipment.

    • Troubleshoot simple and complex software and hardware problems.

    • Build new computers by following checklists and using role-based software deployment tools. Identify changes needed to keep

    • procedures current.

    • Audit new computer builds to ensure accuracy.

    • Update online ticket assignments with progress followed by closing open ticket assignments in a timely manner when requested work is completed.

  • What it Takes:

    • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.

    • Minimum 2 years' related work experience.

    • Ability to work in a team environment.

    • Must possess good communication and customer service skills.
