Culture and Learning Manager

The Dairy Foods Culture & Learning Manager is responsible for driving engagement, culture, and learning initiatives across Dairy Foods. Partnering closely with Dairy Foods Leadership and HR, the Culture & Learning Manager ensures that culture and learning strategies align with organizational goals and support a highly engaged workforce.

Building on Dairy Foods' highly engaged culture, this role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your creativity and passion to design and implement training programs that strengthen technical and functional capabilities needed for long-term success. By fostering a culture of continuous learning, the Culture & Learning Manager will play a key role in creating learning & engagement experiences that support individual growth and advance business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Dairy Foods senior leadership to align culture and learning strategies with business objectives, ensuring consistency in messaging and behaviors.

  • Utilize advanced instructional design principles and contribute expertise to develop and deliver learning solutions that address complex skill gaps.

  • Design & implement learning curriculum that emphasizes learning engagement, skill application, and measurable outcomes through innovative methods and diverse training modalities.

  • Utilize data-driven insights to measure learning effectiveness, track skill development, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Partner with key stakeholders, learning leaders, and cross-functional teams to identify learning needs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and professional growth across Dairy Foods.

  • Provide strategic leadership for employee-led culture initiatives and technical & functional learning programs, including defining vision, purpose, developmental programing, program implementation, execution, and budget management including vendor selection/management as required.

  • Stay current with industry trends to bring innovative learning and development solutions to the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Studies, or related field

  • 8 or more years of relevant Learning and development or instructional design experience with responsibility for end-to-end creation of instructor-led and/or e-learning materials

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Instructional Design or related field

  • Strong executive presence with exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Deep expertise in program and project management, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes

  • Strategic execution skills, translating broad organizational goals into actionable plans that drive measurable results.

  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, delivering impactful learning experience for diverse audiences

  • Skilled in consulting, with the ability to assess needs, influence stakeholders, and drive collaboration

  • Innovative problem solver, able to address complex challenges with creative solutions under time and resource constraints.

Salary range: $120,880 - $181,320
