Safety is the #1 responsibility.
* Follow all GMP's, USDA guidelines, SSOP's and hold tag procedures
* Understand the operations of the area
* Certification of Lock out/Tag out needed
* Ability to tear down and set up production equipment
* Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed
* Properly complete required paperwork on a daily basis per Quality guidelines
* Participate in the development, implementation and sustaining (CSD) of training documentation for all team members.
* Support CPS activities to include but not limited to: Safety, Quality, BOS, 5S, CIL, Centerline, Equipment Ownership, Area Ownership,
Team Participation, and CSD etc.
* Responsible for any other tasks/duties as directed by your Supervisor/Line Lead/Cell Lead
* SAP documentation
* Job expectation is to assist in other cells where needed
* Delegate at a higher level to promote the development of Validations and Playbooks
* Identify "Best Practices" by helping implement OPL's, implement Checklists and Playbooks into the training process
* Maintain a training library
* Ensure documentation of all training though computer based systems: Alchemy Coach
* Provide and react to metrics that will assist plant operations in prioritizing training and development.
* Monitor and react to Monthly and Shift score cards used to set goals for each department.
* 75% of daily work will be on the production floor, directing, coaching and training.
* Interact with other CSD teams in other plants and with the Corporate CSD/CPS Team as necessary
* Ensure that CSD metrics are updated monthly. Create and implement action plans for any metric gaps.
* Deliver training as needed and other duties as required.
