Our client, an award-winning multicultural agency, is looking for a Project Manger to join their team full-time in NYC. This is a hybrid role and the Project Manager will be onsite in NYC Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. You will join a cross-functional team of best-in-class creatives working closely with clients and external partners to develop and execute exceptional advertising campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- In collaboration with team members, establishes and manages day-to-day deliverables
- Create project management documents (briefs, reports, memos, decks, etc.) and engage the necessary team members to complete them
- Monitors project progress, anticipates roadblocks, and provides solutions
- Attends meetings with clients to understand their project goals and requirements
- Manages documentation, including meeting minutes, deliverables, etc.
- Streamlines communication between internal team members
- Runs quality assurance on all project deliverables
- Identifies opportunities for improvement and adherence to best practices
- Schedules necessary meetings
Qualifications:
- Have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing complex projects at an advertising agency or similar fast-paced work environment
- You have a solid understanding of the advertising agency business and a strong working knowledge of the various deliverables required
- Experience leading a project from start to finish that produces favorable results
- Experience balancing competing deadlines and priorities
- A creative, solution-oriented, critical thinker
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in and contribute to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment
- Active participant in building positive company culture
Skills:
- Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Advanced capabilities: Google Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- PMP Certification a plus
