Creative Designer

Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative Designer to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging and visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message and support our marketing initiatives, especially in the non-profit sector.

This role is Hybrid in the Dallas, Texas area.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually stunning designs for various digital and print media including direct mail, web, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet client goals.
• Develop and maintain design concepts and guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and software advancements to enhance creative output.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience in graphic design, particularly within the non-profit sector or agency environment.
• Strong understanding of digital media, web design, and direct mail strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
