In this role, you will:
- Function as part of a team focused on helping clients achieve their financial and strategic goals
- Assist Corporate Bankers with the preparation of marketing materials for Fortune 500 companies and middle-market clients
- Support the management of existing client relationships through the ongoing monitoring of industry trends, market activity, company news, financial statements, and performance
- Prepare discussion materials for internal and external presentations
- Complete periodic professional development training as scheduled
- Assist with deal closing including regulatory and compliance requirements

There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Corporate Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Portfolio Management and Credit experience
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills
- High level of initiative and accountability
- Ability to achieve business results and willing to accept accountability for achieving goals
- Ability to act with integrity, good character and exercise sound judgment
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
- Knowledge and understanding of financial services credit risk management
- A BS/BA degree or higher in accounting, finance, or economics
- Securities industry experience including industry-specific coverage
- Experience covering and providing credit and corporate banking solutions to large-cap, publicly traded companies; ideally financial institutions but not required
Job Expectations:
- FINRA Series 63, 79, and the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
Additional Compensation Details:
- Base Salary - $100,000-$105,000 USD
