We are seeking a Controls Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers working in the Critical Handling and Nuclear industries through a transformative period of growth and innovation. We offer market competitive pay and benefits based upon the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Our starting rate of pay for this salaried position is targeted at $120,000–140,000 annually and is bonus eligible.
The candidate for this role will have demonstrated strengths and experience in the following areas:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering
- Minimum of 5 years engineering and leadership experience in a comparable business
- Strong background in programming and electrical design.
- Experience working within an engineering driven and project-based organization.
- Strong organizational and communications skills.
- Strong experience in leadership and developing others
- Demonstrated success in change management and cross-functional team collaboration
- History of producing strong financial and technical results in a team-based environment
- Knowledge of industrial electrical and safety standards
- Experience with programming, integration, sensors, devices and industrial components preferred (i.e. PLCs, robotics, vision systems)
