This group is responsible for collaborating and partnering with stakeholders to process dealer contractual change requests and ensure/support dealer’s compliance to the Dealer Sales and Service Agreement. The Contractual Manager oversees a portfolio of change request to update pertinent dealer information. Change requests must be processed timely with adherence to the Dealer Sales and Service Agreement and respective state statutes. The Contractual Manager is the subject matter experts on Policy, Processes and Procedures.
Candidates from the mortgage or banking industry are highly desirable.
Responsibilities include:
o Process contractual changes consistent with the state franchise statutes and the Dealer Sales and Service Agreement
o Collaborate with Dealers and stakeholders to secure documentation to process change requests
o Assist Dealers, Dealer Candidates and field personnel to input information as needed to complete proposals in the Dealer Contractual Information Change Request (DCICR) system
o Partner with Subject Matter Experts such as Legal and the Market Analysis Team to complete proposals
o Counsel Dealers and field personnel on Dealer Contractual Group (DCG) policies and procedures
o Meet with stakeholders and attorneys on Dealer proposals and current dealer network activities
o Prepare Dealer contracts and Program Enrollment Forms
o Complete Dealer activations and update Dealer information in appropriate systems
o Maintain accurate contractual dealer data in the Dealer Network Planning System
o Process and manage Dealer and Leadership requests
o Leverage appropriate Check Sheets and template letters to complete change requests
o Draft relevant custom dealer letters for Management/Legal review in response to Dealer questions and/or concerns regarding contractual/policy issues
o Draft professional correspondence to respond to dealer change requests
o Conduct financial analysis using excel based financial reports
o Analyze candidate sales and profit forecasts and provide dealers with insight from composite groups
o Complete Area Primary Responsibility (APR) notice requirements as outlined in the Sales and Service Agreement
o Request and review background checks for Dealer candidates and other relevant parties
o Complete Dealer add point information worksheets with information and exhibits provided by Dealer Network Planning and Investments (DNPI)
o Provide deposition or testimony regarding the processing of the Dealer requests as required by Legal
o Communicate internally and externally as necessary to complete business activities
o Provide support to Dealers and personnel on the execution of contractual documents using the electronic signature process
o Participate in continuous improvement activities to improve processes and increase productivity
o Maintain accurate electronic dealer files in the Dealer Management System (DMS) by uploading pertinent documents
o Review DCG working files hosted in SharePoint annually to identify and remove select working files to ensure accurate compliance with ILM policies and procedures per the direction of the Dealer Organization Managers
o Analyze, track, maintain and provide information on Dealer requests for quality control within the Dealer Contractual Information Change Request (DCICR) System
o Assist Dealers with re-contracting activities
o General office work related to processing Dealer requests and maintaining dealer files such as sending and retrieving faxes, routine scanning and copying etc.

Bachelor’s degree
This is a hybrid position, with 3 days onsite in Warren. No exceptions.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60-68K per year. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
