Key Responsibilities
Accountabilities include:
- Manage the on boarding process for multiple accounts types, ensuring necessary documentation is collected, verified and processed in a timely and accurate manner. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth on boarding for the client. Ensure on boarding processes adhere to company policies/procedures to mitigate risk.
- Manage ongoing account maintenance, including updates to client accounts. Notify internal and external stakeholders of the change (s) and track the changes to completion. Ensure that adherence to company policies and procedures are met.
- Manage the terminations for client accounts and ensure accurate closure of the accounts. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures are met while handling and processing the account closure.
- Complete cross training and back up responsibilities to assist team on all lines of business that we support.
- Process daily trades and adhoc trades with accuracy and ensure that company policies/procedures are met while processing them.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years' experience in the financial services industry
- Strong oral and written communications skills.
- Solid understanding ofclient on boarding and operations activities.
- Able to work effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills to create and maintain positive relationships with our internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work with limited work direction and function effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing processes as business evolves.

Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $51,400 - $88,700 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
