Call Center Sales and Service Operator

Position Summary:
The Minnesota Twins Call Center, which is located at Target Field, fields ticketing and guest relations calls pertaining to Spring Training, Regular Season, and Target Field non-baseball related events. When receiving inbound calls, representatives will be tasked with assisting fans in accessing tickets on the MLB Ballpark App, fielding general fan concerns/questions regarding the Team, Target Field, special events, and transferring calls to Front Office staff. Representatives will serve as key communicators and provide excellent customer service to our fans, representing the Minnesota Twins in a highly professional manner. Available position schedules may include days, evenings, weekends, and Holidays from January - October of each year.

- Process individual game ticket orders and facilitate other informational requests over the phone while providing excellent customer service.
- Previous customer service or call center experience.
- Proficient skills and knowledge of computer programs including the following: MS Word, MS Excel, Okta, Zoom Contact Center, Tickets.com, ProVenue ticketing software (or equivalent), and various web browsers.
- Ability to explain directions over the phone in an easy and understanding manner to assist fans with accessing digital tickets using the MLB Ballpark App.
- Must have a flexible schedule including days, weekends, and holidays.
- Possess excellent verbal communication skills with other co-workers and customers.
- Must be well organized and detail oriented.
- Ticket sales experience.
- Ability to speak Spanish.
- Must be able to work in a seated position for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to be productive utilizing a computer, keyboard and telephone.
- Must be able to be productive in a work environment where the noise level can be high at times.
- This is an in-person office role. Work from home and hybrid working are not offered with this position.
