Business Analyst
The Business Analyst is a member of the Business Performance Measurement (BPM) team. BPM's mission is to deliver actionable, data driven analysis and insights across the enterprise, enabled by a high quality, stable and robust data environment. With a vision to empower a data-driven culture where enterprise-wide insights fuel innovation, strategic growth and inform decision making across the organization. The Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting the growth and enablement of BPM data to our customers.

- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree plus 3+ years of professional experience in Finance with a successful record in financial modeling and analysis.
- Experience in finance or business analysis roles across multiple businesses.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to envision the 'big picture' while maintaining close attention to detail.
- Ability to gather business requirements and synthesize/translate for Technology consumption.
- Experience with end user/business acceptance testing.
- Demonstrate confidence in explaining, defending and/or challenging analytical findings.
- Ability to work independently and solve a variety of moderately complex problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to 'tell the story' and communicate effectively with Finance and business partners at varying levels of the organization.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Data analytical skills leveraging Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx and/or other business intelligence and data visualization tools preferred.
Experience working with SQL, including querying and manipulating data in Snowflake and relational databases.
