Summary of Role: This full-time position is within the Employee Benefits department. The role involves collaborating with the local and regional communications team to support the employee benefits sales and service teams by creating and updating print and digital materials that strengthen client relationships. Key deliverables include sales materials, client-facing documents for consulting meetings, and educational resources designed to promote employee benefits and well-being for NFP clients. The ideal candidate should be flexible, have a positive attitude, and possess excellent time management skills, as requests will come from multiple sources within NFP. Meeting client deadlines is critical to success in this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Excellent team relationship skills, "can do" attitude
- Strong aesthetic judgment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite- especially PowerPoint
- Willingness to learn additional design software such as Adobe InDesign, Canva or/and CapCut
- Detail-oriented with excellent editing and quality review skills
- Excellent time management skills
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:
- Create communication materials (employee benefit guidebooks, flyers, presentations etc.) using a library of PowerPoint and InDesign templates, incorporating client-specific customizations such as brand colors and font
- Build and update electronic communication resources for clients
- Support internal staff’s communication needs such as presentation and document editing
- Handle Request for Proposal responses for Sales staff using templated format
- Upload slide decks to video software and publish content to websites
- Design PowerPoint templates
- Review materials to ensure accuracy
- Manage in-office printing of documents
- Provides miscellaneous administrative/sales support tasks as necessary
- Manage high volume of work to meet client deadlines, particularly during cyclical periods (third and fourth quarter)

The base salary range for this position is $45,000 – $55,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location.
