What You'll Do
You will play a critical execution and support role for the daily operations of the U.S. Federal Government business. Specifically, you will contribute to staffing compliance management, tracking, and auditing for both proposals and sold case work with the U.S. government, assist with security and compliance initiatives, and promote overall business readiness. This role involves significant responsibilities such as detailed monitoring, cross function coordination, and robust communication with stakeholders across all levels of BCG. Additionally, you will coordinate BCG Fed resources with traditional operations / functions (e.g., Finance, HR, IT, etc..) hosted out of the Washington, DC office and other relevant offices across North America. You will also support broader BCG Fed Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) mitigation efforts by executing operational tasks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements to protect sensitive information from unauthorized access. Your primary objective is to support smooth day-to-day operations of BCG Fed with a focus on customer service and excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
Staffing compliance for U.S. Federal Government and Public Sector work
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency in all processes related to staffing policy compliance: initiate verifications, track verification status, ensure remediations, and provide report updates to relevant Senior Leaders in BST and CT stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams, including BCG Federal Operations, Fed Contracts, Fed Finance, NAMR Compliance, NAMR HR, NAMR administrative services, NAMR Teaming, and NAMR talent management to implement corrective actions and ensure resolution of audit findings
- Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance compliance tracking and reporting processes
- Create and distribute standard reports to leadership
- Complete weekly staffing audits across CT cohorts
Fed Operational compliance
- Support coordination of 1099/contractor onboarding and offboarding to BCG Fed case work
- Facilitate a risk aware culture on Fed case teams through distribution of onboarding materials and tracking training completion
- Institue & document FOCI compliant processes for the distribution of people related data to internal stakeholders (e.g., CDC, Navigator, administrative support, & Fed employee)
- Enable IT contract compliance in coordination with Fed IT of Fed 2.0 laptops
Fed Security compliance
- Maintain and tailor all staffing processes to meet BCG FED's FOCI compliance requirements
- Assist BCG Fed security with compliance tracking and reporting, as needed

What You'll Bring
- BCG experience, preferred, or experience with another complex matrix structured professional services organization
- Experience and comfort working with senior leaders (MDPs and BST)
- Excel skills, including pivot tables and use of intermediate functions
- PowerPoint skills for presentations to senior leaders
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and consistent management of changing situations with tact, poise, and patience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starting attitude, pro-active work management, organization, and planning skills
- Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment and to enhance the business and in keeping with BCG's values and culture
- Proven track record of implementing and managing processes in complex organizations
- U.S. citizenship - verification required by the NAMR compliance team
Who You'll Work With
You will be part of the BCG FED BST team reporting to the BCG Fed People & Operations Manager and working closely with the BCG Federal Corp Business Management Senior Director, BCG Fed Security team, Fed HR, US compliance team, and BCG Fed President. In addition, BCG FED is linked with the Washington, DC office so you will also team regularly with the WAS Business Services Management leaders and functional teams.

This role is designed for those who thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is not intended for remote or virtual work.
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG's Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.
We expect total annualized compensation for Washington D.C. based employees to beapproximately thefollowing:
- Base salary between$98,000- $120,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level
- Annual discretionary performance bonus between0-12%
- 5% Profit Sharing Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution, increasing to 10% after two years of service. Contributions are vestedimmediatelyand there is no waiting period
- First year annualized target total compensation:$111,132-$136,080
