Summary:
ATM Operations Analyst will play a key role in providing technical support for ATM and Debit Card operations, ensuring optimal functionality, and resolving issues promptly. The ATM Operations Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT teams, vendors, and operations staff, to maintain high levels of ATM and debit card performance and customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordination of ATM installations and removals
- ATM updates and patches
- Reconcilement and escalations of ATM cash and deposits
- Phone support for financial centers and vendors
- ATM Asset Management
- ATM monitoring, troubleshooting and analysis
- Document procedures and create job aids as needed
- After-hours support
- ATM cash analysis
- Debit card support and escalation
- ATM complaint resolution and root cause analysis
- Debit card network settlement
- Communicate and coordinate with internal and external partners
Customer Service:
- Fosters a positive working environment
- Provides guidance and support to internal business partners to meet the needs of external customers.
- Continually searches for ways to improve customer service and remove barriers
Job Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years customer service experience required
- 3-5 years implementation/project experience required
- 2-4 years of experience preferred in the following: Retail banking and ATM experience including balancing and fault corrections, MS Office, and Debit Card Support
- 4-6 years of experience preferred in the following: ATM Operations including Diebold Network Solutions, Windows, Netop Remote Control
- Problem Solving skills a must
- Must be willing to be on call nights and weekends as needed
- Must be able to lift 20lbs

- Monday - Friday
- 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
