Responsibilities In this position, you will play an important role within our Project Management team, focused on delivering excellent customer experience in the Insurance sector across multiple solutions. In particular, you will be involved in the following activities: Engagement Coordination: Client On-boarding, Training & Post-production activities

About the team Governance & Project Management Team plays a critical role within the Customer Engagement functions ensuring excellent customer experience by managing Moody's activities and deliveries towards clients (both Moody's partners and end-customers) during the whole engagement process, including pre-selling, on-boarding and successful support post go-live. Given the nature of our engagements, this team needs to robustly handle coordination of Moody's functional and technical experts, activity planning, monitoring and reporting as well as running mainstream client communication. Every Project Manager is expected to cover multiple engagements concurrently and closely cooperate with Sales, Customer Success and other teams supporting them in overseeing overall client engagements portfolio. |
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is$93,600.00-$135,750.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
