What You'll Do
Growth Architects are responsible for incubating growth thinking into our ventures at every stage, from ideation to customer adoption. They continuously seek to evolve the industry standard for growth marketing best practices, rapidly inventing transformative new strategies to validate, launch, and scale ventures. Their work spans across product, marketing, and technology, and they drive successful growth by leveraging the symbiotic relationship that exists between them. Through a hypothesis-driven, rapid test and learn approach, they strategize, implement, and execute go-to-market activities that ensure best in class customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO/AEO/AIO (Search, Answer, and Artificial Intelligence Engine Optimization) strategy to increase organic search visibility and drive high-quality traffic
- Conduct in-depth keyword and AI question research, competitive analysis, and content optimization to improve search rankings and listings across multiple properties
- Implement technical SEO/AEO/AIO best practices, including site architecture, mobile optimization, crawlability, indexing, and structured data markup
- Collaborate with content, social media, and paid search teams to create a cohesive digital marketing strategy.
- Partner with web development teams to ensure SEO-friendly website design, performance, and accessibility
- Develop and oversee link-building strategies to enhance domain authority
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve ranking and conversions
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging SEO/AEO/AIO technologies to maintain a competitive edge
- Lead SEO/AEO/AIO audits and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders
- Manage relationships with external agencies and tools, ensuring maximum ROI from SEO initiatives
What You'll Bring
- 2 - 4+ years of professional experience in industry, consulting, or agency
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Proven success in SEO strategy and delivering measurable improvements in rankings, traffic, and conversions
- Strong expertise in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools
- Experience and genuine curiosity around Answer Engine and (AEO) and Artificial Intelligence role in information gathering and how best to position products and services for success in these emerging engines (Gemini, Perplexity, SearchGPT etc.)
- Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices
- Experience working with enterprise-level websites and e-commerce platforms
- Familiarity with website development technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and CMS platforms (WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to educate and influence stakeholders
- Passion for digital marketing, innovation, and continuous learning
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

The first-year base compensation for this role is:
Growth Architect: $145,000 - $160,000 USD
Senior Growth Architect: $190,000 USD
In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus and BCG's Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution. BCG also provides a market leading benefits package described below.
