Reporting to the Manager Business Services you will support the successful collaboration of internal and external partners to meet the needs within the Customer Supply Chain Organization. You will be responsible for order management, customer strategies, supply chain analytics, and business escalations for our managed services partners. You'll build partnerships with cross functional teams including Sales, Transportation, Warehousing, Supply Planning, Customers, and other teams within Global Business Services and Supply Chain.
What You'll Do:
- Help gather and analyze data then present
- Handles critical escalation calls and resolves the situation
- Identify problems and opportunities, recommending solutions
- Create reporting and metrics that communicate the state of the business to the customer
- Work across departments and with multiple levels
- Document business process and recommend process improvements
- Exercise judgment in financial, operational or transactional analysis to identify and help resolve issues
- Support work in an ambiguous and dynamic business environment
- Work across geographies and cultures
- Navigate end-to-end supply chain
- Develop relationships with customers
- Work in customer systems to positively improve the order fulfillment process
You'll Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Related Field Or 3 + years of related business experience
- Comfortable making presentations
- Experience with Excel - Intermediate level, PowerPoint and willing to learn new technologies
- Domestic and International travel may be required up to 10%
- In the office 3 days per week, Tuesday - Thursday

Compensation:
Pay Range:$59,000-$78,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
