Assembly & Test Tech - Level 2
As an Assembly & Test Tech - Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for performing assembly and testing of products according to established procedures and specifications. You will work with a team to ensure the quality and efficiency of the assembly and testing processes. Your attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols will be crucial in delivering high-quality products to our customers.
You will report directly to our Assembly & Test Supervisor and you'll work out of our Tempe, Arizona location on a work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the production process by ensuring the accurate assembly and testing of products. Your contributions will directly affect the quality and reliability of our products, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Perform assembly and testing of products according to established procedures and specifications
* Work with team members to ensure efficient and accurate assembly and testing processes
* Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly and testing process
* Document and report any defects or non-conformities

YOU MUST HAVE
* Minimum 2 years of experience in assembly and testing
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and specifications

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* Associate's degree in a technical field
* Experience with electronic assembly and testing
* Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
