Level/Experience Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in Product Management within an Agile environment, demonstrating familiarity with overall Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in Jira or similar project management tools used by Agile teams.
- High-level technical knowledge related to the implementation of digital products.
- Experience or familiarity with Chat, Case, and CRM applications.
- Experience or familiarity with consumer banking products such as Credit Cards, Checking Accounts, Savings Accounts, Certificates of Deposit (CDs), etc.
Scope of Work (Day-to-Day Tasks):
- Coordinate with development tech teams through daily standups to groom JIRA user stories and tasks associated with new features owned by the team.
- Collaborate with other product managers and squads to define requirements and establish development timelines for new functions, tools, capabilities, and features.
- Own and drive the product roadmap for a specified domain to achieve business goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for questions regarding the product and the intent of requirements; engage with engineering teams continuously throughout the sprint cycle.
- Prioritize the product backlog using domain expertise, customer insights, and market research to facilitate informed decisions regarding new feature development, platform investments, and optimizations.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors when necessary to ensure alignment and support for product development.
- Manage the identification and resolution of bugs associated with new feature releases to ensure product reliability and performance.
- Provide detailed reporting and managerial support to the Program Office for tracking progress and outcomes.

This role is essential to ensuring the successful development and implementation of digital products that meet business objectives and enhance customer experiences in the consumer banking or financial sector.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55-$60 per hour an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
