Full Job Description

Primary Role Function:
Support various team members with daily functions from an administrative and managerial capacity

Required Qualifications:
Position requires 2-4 years prior administrative experience.
Knowledge of MS Office Suite Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with all levels within the organization.

Responsibilities:
Organization:
Market products: ensuring they are all stored correctly after being used.
Checking and alerting if anything needs to be re-purchased.
Categorizing and labeling of products.

Generating Brand portfolios, using Powerpoint and/or Excel.
Assisting the team by generating competitive brand portfolios. This will include lines, sub-lines, name of products, images, etc.
Cross category: Hair, Skin, Cleansers, MU, etc.

Assist the fragrance team with general requests.
Making samples (this will be in a lab). Guidance will be provided on how to make the samples.
Shipping samples to vendors, internally to various teams, etc.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $24.00 to $28.98 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
