A leading retail media network seeks an Account Manager to drive advertising partnerships and revenue growth. This role combines strategic account management with data-driven decision making in a fast-paced retail media environment.

- Retail Media Experience: Demonstrated experience with display advertising and sponsored search, whether from agency, supplier, or retailer background
- Media Planning & Data Analysis: Strong analytical capabilities and experience in developing strategic media plans
- Revenue Growth & Upselling: Proven ability to identify and capitalize on incremental revenue opportunities through data-driven insights

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute shopper marketing campaigns
- Lead client relationships in collaboration with Sales teams
- Conduct performance analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Manage campaign execution from strategy through implementation
- Drive creative process between clients and internal teams
- Ensure reporting accuracy and campaign optimization
- Present insights and recommendations to clients
- Support monthly campaign billing and delivery tracking
Project Focus:
- Managing Home business unit accounts
- Developing and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns
- Working directly with suppliers and agencies
Team Structure:
- Core collaboration with Sales and Campaign Management teams
- Regular interaction with data, creative, billing, and other cross-functional partners
Location/Work Requirements:
- Location: Within 50 miles of Hoboken office preferred
- Work Model: Hybrid with flexible office presence
- Background Check: Required for onsite work
- Badge: Provided if choosing to work from office
Growth Potential:
- Possibility for contract extension or FTE conversion based on business needs and performance (not guaranteed)
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50 to $55/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
