As anAccount Manager IIhere at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success of our building automation solutions. Your expertise in managing key accounts and building strong relationships will enable you to effectively meet customer needs and exceed their expectations. By identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions, you will contribute to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of the company.

You will report to the Sales Manager and work remotely when not visiting clients. The territory for this role is New York City, Connecticut, and Rhode Island, and candidate must live within one of these locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth

COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is 92k-125k. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is 792k-125k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 3+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience
  • 2+ years of building automation solution sales (fire protection, building maintenance, security)
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of time to visit clients
