Join Team CARFAX as an Account Manager- CARFAX For Police Division *3 month Temporary position* The Account Manager will manage a territory of agency partners to build engagement in the program and articulate value. Using a variety of resources, they will host virtual agency trainings and educate staff on the tools available to them in both their current program and additional programs available. It is a unique opportunity to use your Account Management skills to help our partner agencies make a direct impact to keep their communities safer. As an Account Manager, you will:

Independently manage a territory to foster program growth
Build strong relationships with agency key players
Educate agencies on program value through proactive engagement and virtual training sessions
Provide reactive support to agencies as needed
Work with agencies to troubleshoot reported issues
Contribute valuable feedback to the business regarding agency needs

Strength in functioning independently to structure daily workflow
Solutions-oriented problem solving skills
Experience with a CRM (Salesforce experience is a plus)
2+ years of Account Management experience
