Job Summary:
The Global Product Marketing Associate plays a critical role in driving the success of product launches and marketing initiatives across multiple countries and regions. This position ensures alignment between product development, creative teams, corporate stakeholders, and regional marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with global audiences and support business goals.
Main Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive global marketing strategies for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
- Define go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, value propositions, and messaging tailored to regional markets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with product development, creative teams, corporate stakeholders, and regional marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution and successful product launches.
- Collaborate with regional teams to adapt global campaigns to local markets.
Market Research and Insights:
- Conduct research to understand customer needs, competitive landscapes, and trends across diverse regions.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities and deliver actionable customer insights.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Create launch plans, timelines, and deliverables across digital, social media, and offline channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Sales Enablement:
- Develop tools, training, and collateral to empower sales teams in effectively communicating product benefits.
- Set measurable goals and KPIs for global product marketing activities and track their performance.
Job Requirement and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors/4 Year Degree
Work Experience:
- Experience: 2+ years.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication.
- Negotiating experience.
- Understanding of financial methodology to determine costs and to develop annual business plan.
- International Experience a plus
Language Skills: English proficiency
Travel Requirements: 5-20%
