The Truist Internship provides college students with a working and immersion experience to sharpen their skills. During this internship, time is focused on internship long projects with other students and full-time, experienced teammates. Interns have the opportunity to network with other interns, teammates, and senior leaders. Truist interns sharpen the leadership, technical, and business skill they'll use for the rest of their careers. The internship program serves as a pipeline to our Truist full-time programs.Truist Bank’s Structured Credit Summer Analyst Program runs for approximately 10 weeks in the summer starting in late May. Summer Analysts will receive initial classroom instruction that consists of an introduction to the Wholesale Bank and is designed to give Summer Analysts the tools they will need to be successful during their summer internship. After initial training, this Summer Analyst position will be aligned to Structured Credit and will rotate through all three Structured Credit Products groups (Asset Based Lending, Equipment Finance, and Working Capital Solutions) and play a meaningful role in supporting senior investment banking professionals.
Our Structured Credit Organization (SCO) delivers a wide range of financing solutions. We combine market-leading structuring expertise with detailed industry insights and broad distribution capabilities to design a customized strategy that best meets our client’s needs. A Summer Analyst will work closely with senior Structured Credit professionals to help drive the growth of the business.
In addition to working with the Structured Credit products group, the Summer Analyst will also be engaged in activities such as networking socials, team-building projects, community service, attend an executive speaker series and hear from our CEO and other heads of lines of businesses, as well as have other opportunities to engage with teammates across Wholesale.

Minimum Requirements:
- Completed BA/BS degree with a scheduled graduation of December 2025 or May 2026
- Overall GPA of 3.0
- Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred Requirements:
- Business or STEM major
- Strong interest in finance and investment banking
- Prior completion of Accounting or Finance coursework
- High degree of academic and extracurricular achievement
- Willingness to commit substantial time and energy to the program
